Terms of Service

TradeKeel provides tools to log trades, journal process, review performance, and run backtests. Features may change as we improve the product. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.

TradeKeel is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing on the platform is investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Markets involve risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for complying with laws and regulations that apply to you.

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised use
• You must be at least 16 years old (or older if required where you live)

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt operations
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation
• Resell or misuse the service in ways that violate these Terms
• Use TradeKeel to provide regulated financial services without required authorisations

You retain ownership of the trades, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

Backtest results, statistics, and visualisations are informational and may contain errors, assumptions, or limitations. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Do not rely on TradeKeel outputs as the sole basis for trading or capital allocation.

Some features may be free; others may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing periods, and cancellation terms will be shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

TradeKeel, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeKeel and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the three months before the claim or (b) $50, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using TradeKeel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we need to protect the service or other users. Provisions that should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
